RESUMO

In an era marked by the rapid proliferation of Internet-based social platforms, efficient data dissemination across networks has reached unprecedented levels. However, this widespread accessibility to information has also ushered in a concerning trend—the propagation of false and deceptive narratives. The consequences of fake news, especially in the context of the sports sector, are far-reaching. Beyond eroding trust in media sources, fake sports news can instigate social unrest and disruption with implications extending into politics and the economy.Recognizing the urgent need to address this challenge, this study embarks on the vital task of automatically detecting fake sports news within the complex landscape of online content. Fake sports news typically comprises statements or reports containing elements of falsehood, often diverging significantly from the actual events they purport to describe. Such misinformation is frequently disseminated for political or economic reasons, making its accurate identification formidable. To tackle this pressing issue, we propose a comprehensive fake sports news detection framework termed MFNDF (Multimodal Fake News Detection in Sports). This innovative framework leverages a multifaceted approach, extracting features from three distinct modalities.Firstly, we employ the BERT model for text feature extraction, fine-tuning the extracted text features through a fully connected (FC) layer to enhance the representation of news semantics.Secondly, in image feature extraction, we harness the power of the DenseNet pre-training model to extract convolution features from image content. Additionally, we utilize the Discrete Cosine Transform (DCT) algorithm to extract image frequency domain features, which aid in detecting image tampering and repeated compression—a common tactic employed in creating fake sports news images.Thirdly, we delve into the realm of user context, mining valuable insights from users' behavioral features and news statistical features through advanced feature engineering techniques.Furthermore, we introduce an attention mechanism, a critical component of our approach, to assign weights to word vectors within the text feature space. This attention mechanism takes into account both image features and word vectors, thereby facilitating the fusion of image and text information. The resulting feature vector, enriched with multimodal data, enhances the overall performance of our detection model.Systematic experiments conducted on MFNDF confirm its superior effectiveness in the realm of fake sports news detection. By addressing the critical challenge of identifying deceptive narratives within the sports sector, our research strives to mitigate the adverse impact of fake sports news and safeguard the integrity of information in the dynamic world of sports reporting."(AU)

RESUMO

The safeguarding of genetic information is essential, particularly within the domain of sports genetics testing. This research delves into the nuanced definition of genetic privacy under the backdrop of genetic testing in sports. While many scholars regard genetic information as an inherent component of the right to privacy, it is crucial to recognize that not all genetic information falls squarely within the realm of privacy. Due to the distinctive nature of genetic data, only specific segments can be considered under the umbrella of privacy rights. Additionally, genetic information that pertains to family or group dynamics transcends the boundaries of individual privacy rights. In cases where genetic information is shared among multiple parties, the owners do not possess unilateral control over these shared genetic segments. As a novel facet of privacy rights, gene privacy introduces unique dimensions that differ from conventional privacy rights. It encompasses the fifth right—the right not to know specific genetic information. To establish a robust framework for judicial protection of genetic privacy, it is imperative to undertake comprehensive research on the right to genetic information privacy. Such research forms the bedrock upon which a scientifically informed path to judicial protection of genetic privacy in the sports context can be developed.(AU)

RESUMO

China has entered a new phase of constructing a peaceful communist society, and the role of sports is also evolving. Sports are becoming increasingly integrated into daily life. This study examines the significance of Marx's theory of psychological identification in enhancing sports performance. The articles are sorted using the literature approach and the mathematical statistics method, and an empirical examination of the status of Marxism belief in sports universities is undertaken. This research examines the influence of psychological identity intervention on athletes' Marxist theory beliefs and sports performance using two athletes as volunteers. The results indicate that the two athletes' level of psychological identification with Marxian theory beliefs has increased. The dimensions of observation, non-evaluation, and non-response are enhanced, while the dimensions of description and conscious performance remain relatively unchanged. Athletes' self-evaluations also verify the intervention's effectiveness. It is determined that enhancing the education of Marxist views in sports student groups is a major component of the civic education of college sports students, which is intimately tied to the development of the national socialist cause and the nation's future.(AU)

RESUMO

Unconsciously, mobile Internet information influences college students' sports behavior and awareness, although the exact consequences have not been widely studied. The majority of the extant research focuses on behavioral science and sports communication. Using past research as a foundation, this study investigates the impact of mobile Internet on college students' sports behavior and awareness. In particular, a static structural analysis was performed on an intervention event network for the effect of mobile Internet on college students' sports behavior and awareness. Then, using system event analysis, a well-established method in complex system research, the interaction link between distinct intervention events in the network was investigated in depth, and the composite degree of effect between them was calculated. The core logic and action mechanism of the event-based hierarchy model were then revealed using the integrated fuzzy-interpretative structural model. Finally, experiments confirmed that the proposed paradigm was successful.(AU)

(AU)

Sport through the influence of educational institutions improve the promotion of gender equity. The aim of the study was to analyze the influence of gender, area of academic formation and sports practice over the attitudes towards women's participation in sports by the student community of the Universidad Autónoma de Occidente (UAdeO). A cross-sectional study with correlational-explanatory scope was realized with 3,716 (71.3% women and 28.7% men) UAdeO students. The scale about the perception of attitudes towards women's participation in sports (AWPS) was applied. Comparisons were made according to gender, type of sport practice and area of study and regression coefficients were calculated between the sociodemographic variables and the AWPS using the method of introducing variables. The results show that the gender, sports practice, and area of study variables were significant predictors of three scales of the AWPS. Likewise, differences were observed in the AWPS factors as a function of sociodemographic variables. It is possible to conclude that the attitudes towards women's participation in sport of the participants are influenced by the variables gender, sport practice and area of studies. (AU)
